I have found something I really want to buy, but I don't have a debit card OR a credit card to order online with. Do you accept mail-in purchases with Money Orders?

We understand your predicament completely! That's why we have some really easy steps laid out for your to follow if you want to mail your money in to us with a money order.
  1. The first order of business is deciding what to buy. Pick out what shirts you want to buy, what color you want them to be, and what size. E-mail us by CLICKING THIS with that information and indicating your desire to send in a Money Order via mail for your purchase.
  2. Once we get your email with your information, we'll email you right back! Ours will be an invoice that includes your total cost after compiling shirt and shipping fees. It will also include our address to ship your payment to.
  3. Print out that email that we sent you that includes all of your costs, your shipping address, and your order. Mail that information in an envelope to the address we gave you and include your payment. We'll ship your shirts as soon as we get your letter in the mail!

Every Time I place Something In My Shopping Cart, The Shopping Cart Stays Empty

This is really quite simple. In order to use our shopping cart software, you have to have something called "cookies" activated. You may be having these contrary conditions because the security and privacy settings are set far too high in your browser for Internet shopping. Fix the problem by going to the "tools" tab in your browser, clicking on "options", and then navigating to the "privacy" tab to enable cookies (instructions). Or, you can always call your order in at 1-888-687-4478 6am to 9pm CST.

I like for my shirts to have the words and images on the back. Will your company do this?

Putting the images and words on the backs of the shirts is no hassle for us in the least, and we will happily do this for you at no additional charge. All you have to do is to make note of your request in the "comments" section of your order.

Company Return Policy

Sometimes, people return shirts merely because they change their mind and do not want them any longer. Sometimes, shirts are returned and are perfectly well made. If you return your shirts to us for a refund, and there is nothing wrong with the manufacture of those shirts, then you will have to pay a restock charge. Shipment charges are never applicable for a refund.

If you want awesome shirts made from preshrunk, 100% cotton...then you came to the right place. Our competitors are not quite as concerned about the shirts they sell after they ships, but we want you to enjoy your purchase for a long, long time.

Having Issues With Ordering?

The #1 cause of rejected orders is an incorrect billing address. Make sure the billing address you entered is the same one your billing statement is sent to. If you feel certain that your order should be going through, then go through the following steps:
  1. Your billing information is probably still entered wrong. It has to match your credit company's information EXACTLY. Otherwise, it could be rejected.
  2. You may have moved within the last six months. If you did, that's okay! It may solve your problem, because your last billing address may still be in your card issuer's database! Try that old address!
  3. If all else has failed, then you may want to go ahead and use your secondary card to make this purchase.

How long does it take for you to actually put my package in the mail?

Happy customers are the most important thing to us around these parts, and extremely quick shipments make our customers happy. You can expect shipments to go out within 24 hours of paying for your shirts. Our hours of operation are between 7am and 3pm. All orders that we get after 3pm will be processed the following business day. All orders are processed, and then shipped the day after processing. We don't process orders or ship on the weekends and holidays. If you buy something on one of the days we are away from the office (weekends and holidays), your purchase will be moved forward in our production the next business day. For instance, if your purchase something on a Saturday, it will be processed on Monday, and then placed in the postman's hands on Tuesday. Almost all of the product we sell is in stock and waiting for you to order it so that we can send it to you right away, but on rare occasions we may be out of stock on the shirts you want. If that happens, it may take up to 2 more days to get your shirts in the mail. Once the mail carrier gets your shirts, you will get them as fast as that postman can run to your door.

Everyone wants their packages shipped quick, and we're sure to oblige. Some people need their shirts even quicker, though. That's why there are three different shipping types, one of which is sure to satisfy your specific needs.

We have Standard, Expedited, and Express Shipping available for everyone who orders within the Continental United States.

  1. Standard Shipping will take around 3-8 Postal Shipping Days.
  2. Expedited Shipping is our second fastest speed, at just 2-3 Postal Shipping Days.
  3. For those with no time to spare, our Express option will zip your order to your door in a break-neck speed of 1-2 working days.
Please Read Residents of Alaska or the Hawaiian Isles will be shipped with Priority Shipping, which will take 5-10 Postal Shipping Days. These are only shipping estimates, and cannot take into consideration mail delays with the Post Office or rare processing issues during the infrequent times that supplies are out of stock for your order. If you supply a working email address, then you will receive tracking information at the time of shipment. This excludes PO BOXES, HAWAII, ALASKA, and INTERCONTINENTAL ORDERS.

The countries of Germany, the Netherlands, Finland, Australia, Denmark, New Zealand, N. Ireland, Sweden, Great Britain, Canada, and Norway can all order from us and use our International Shipments option. for those using our International Shipping options, please be patient and allow for 4 to 8 weeks for your order to reach you. This is especially true during the Holiday shipping rush. Please do not contact us in one week, asking where your order is. When these orders leave American shores, we no longer have the ability to track them. We are sorry, but we are not in control of this feature.

We are required by law to declare the complete value and contents of your International Order, even if your package is declared a "gift." We cannot take responsibility for any additional fees your order may incur, so you will have to pay for those fees yourself. If you have questions regarding this subject, then your best answers will come if you contact the Customs Office yourself.

We would love to provide the option of Expedited and Express Mail Delivery, but those shipping options are unfortunately unavailable for APO/FPO addresses at this moment in time.
